Current Facility Operations:

  • All members must swipe their ID cards or check in at the Front Desk.
  • Aquatic Center Update:
    • General usage without reservations began on Monday, June 21st, 2021
    • Please use this link for Current Pool Hours as space may be limited during certain days/times.
    • We encourage guests to call for pool availability prior to arrival. AVAILABILITY MAY VARY
  • Fitness Floor is open.
    • Bring your own water and small pieces of exercise equipment (mats and bands).
    • Spray bottles available to wipe down equipment before and after use.
  • Please limit socializing and do so outside of the Community Center.
  • Paid in full memberships were extended for time lost due to the closure; monthly and quarterly EFT billing started back up on October 1, 2020.
  • Procedures are reevaluated regularly. 
  • As of Friday, May 28th, 2021, RiverWinds Community Center will be following Governor Murphy’s executive order lifting the mask mandate for indoor settings for individuals who are vaccinated.  The CDC still recommends that individuals who are not vaccinated continue to wear masks and social distance. 

General Facility Rules:

  1. No smoking is permitted in the Community Center, and if smoking outside, you must be at least 25 feet from the building.
  2. Food is only permitted in the lobby area. No glass containers are permitted in the building. Clear plastic bottles and reusable containers ONLY are permitted in 
    the fitness area, gymnasiums, and pool area.
  3. Anyone under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult while in the building.
  4. No dribbling or ball bouncing in any of the common areas (lobby, hallways, etc.).
  5. Proper attire must be worn at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Clothing with rude, vulgar, or offensive language or graphics is not permitted.  Bathing suits may be worn only in the aquatics area.
  6. No changing in the hallway is permitted.
  7. Please do not sit and/or loiter in the hallways.
  8. Please refrain from any activity that may be deemed inappropriate, including public affection, yelling, and the usage of profanity. Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols, or gestures may be asked to leave the facility and/or be suspended.
  9. No cleats.
  10. No pets. Service animals permitted.
  11. Still and video recording devices are permitted with prior authorization only.
  12. Members must be able to produce membership card at all times.
