Regular 2023 Community Room Rental Rates

Monday—Friday

• $50 per section per hour
• Rent one, two, or all three sections
• A 50% down payment of the total amount due is required at time of signing; event must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to event

Friday Evening (after 4 pm)

• $250 an hour—min. of 4 hrs.
• Includes all 3 rooms
• A 50% down payment of the total amount due is required at time of signing; event must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to event

Saturday Rates

• $250 an hour—min. of 4 hrs.
• Includes all 3 rooms
• A 50% down payment of the total amount due is required at time of signing; event must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to event

Sunday Rates

• $250 an hour—min. of 4 hrs.
• Includes all 3 rooms
• A 50% down payment of the total amount due is required at time of signing; event must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to event

SPECIAL DISCOUNTED RATE

• When booking 8 Weeks or Less Prior to Event for Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday Rentals
  • $187.50 an hour – min. of 2 hrs.
  • Includes all 3 rooms
  • $187.50 each additional hour
  • A 50% down payment of the total amount due is required at time of signing; event must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to event
• Or 8 weeks prior to your event
  • if room is not rented it may be divided into 3 sections at $75 per section per hour
  • A 50% down payment of the total amount due is required at time of signing; event must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to event

Please note, official West Deptford non-profits are able to utilize the smaller classrooms free of charge, and have the ability to utilize the Community Room at a discounted rate one time per year. Please call for details.
